Vendors are solely responsible for:

• Legal compliance

• Honouring warranties

Buyers understand that purchases are transactions between buyer and vendor, not MzansiMall.

5. Orders and Payments

By placing an order, you agree that:

• You are entering a binding agreement with the vendor

• Prices may change without prior notice

• Payments are processed securely through third-party payment gateways

• Orders may be cancelled if fraud or stock issues are detected

We reserve the right to limit or refuse orders at our discretion.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only. Vendors and third-party couriers handle shipping. We are not responsible for:

• Delays caused by couriers

• Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the user

• Customs or regulatory delays for cross-border orders

7. Returns, Refunds & Disputes

Each vendor may have their own return policy.
However, all vendors must comply with the Consumer Protection Act of South Africa.

Returns may be accepted for:

Refunds are processed once the vendor confirms the return. Disputes may be mediated by MzansiMall, but final responsibility lies with the vendor.

8. Prohibited Activities

• Upload harmful code, viruses, or spam

• Copy or steal intellectual property

• Harass users or vendors

• Operate duplicate or fraudulent accounts

• Misrepresent product information (vendors)

Violation may result in immediate account suspension.

9. Vendor Obligations (for sellers)

Vendors must:

• Provide truthful product listings

• Use accurate stock levels

• Deliver products timeously

• Honour returns and warranties

• Not sell counterfeit, illegal, or dangerous goods

We reserve the right to remove listings or terminate vendors who violate policies.

10. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, graphics, logos, and software belong to SmartHomeThings (Pty) Ltd.
You may not reproduce or use our intellectual property without written permission.

Product images uploaded by vendors remain the property of the vendor.

11. Privacy

Your use of the platform is governed by our Privacy Policy.
By using the site, you consent to the collection and processing of your data as outlined in that policy.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

• Losses related to vendor behaviour

• Product defects

• Courier delays

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold SmartHomeThings (Pty) Ltd harmless from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses resulting from:

• Disputes between buyers and vendors
