1. Definitions

“Vendor/Seller” is an independent party listing and selling goods.

“Customer/Buyer” is any person purchasing goods on the platform.

2. Marketplace Role

Each vendor is responsible for:

Returns and refunds

MzansiMall provides the platform and support but is not liable for vendor actions.
3. Account Registration
To buy or sell on the platform:

You must create an account with accurate, up-to-date information.

You must keep your login credentials secure.

Vendors must provide valid business details before listing products.
MzansiMall reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations.
4. Product Listings
Vendors must ensure that all products listed:

Are accurately described

Have correct pricing
-
Include real images
-
Are in stock or available as stated
False or misleading listings are strictly prohibited.
5. Orders & Payments

All payments are processed securely through approved payment gateways.

Orders are confirmed only when payment is successfully received.

Vendors must fulfil orders according to marketplace guidelines.
6. Shipping & Delivery

Vendors are fully responsible for shipping products to customers.

Customers will receive tracking information once the vendor ships the item.

Delivery times depend on the courier and vendor location.
MzansiMall is not responsible for courier delays, lost parcels, or vendor shipping issues.
7. Returns, Refunds & Disputes

Each vendor sets their own return and refund policies, which must comply with South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA).

Customers may request support from MzansiMall if disputes are unresolved.
MzansiMall may intervene only as a mediator—not as the seller.
8. Prohibited Items
Vendors may not list:

Illegal or counterfeit goods

Weapons or ammunition
-
Adult content
-
Hazardous materials
-
Stolen items
-
Any product banned under South African law
MzansiMall reserves the right to remove prohibited listings.
9. Commissions & Fees

Vendors agree to pay any platform service fees or commissions.

Fees may be updated with prior notice.
10. Privacy & Data Protection

We comply with POPIA (Protection of Personal Information Act).

User information is used only to facilitate transactions and improve services.
11. Limitation of Liability
MzansiMall is not liable for:

Vendor misconduct

Courier delays or losses

Incorrect product descriptions

Fraudulent vendor activity
-
Damages caused by purchased goods
Users interact and transact at their own risk.
12. Changes to Terms
MzansiMall may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of any changes.
