Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

Please note that certain product categories cannot be returned. This includes perishable goods (food, flowers, newspapers, magazines), as well as intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases.

  • Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


Partial Refunds

Only partial refunds may be granted for:

  • Books with obvious signs of use

  • Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassettes, or vinyl records

  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts not caused by our error

  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. You will be informed whether your refund is approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed and credited automatically to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your bank or payment provider.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. First check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card provider — processing delays are common.

  3. Contact your bank — refunds may take a few days to clear.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded.
Sale or discounted items are not refundable.


Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.

Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return once the item is received.

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
